Contest deadline: August 12, 2024

1. Contributor Account - To participate you must have an active pocstock Contributor Account
2. Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
3. Residency: The contest is open to photographers worldwide, unless prohibited by local laws or regulations.
4. Professional Status: The contest is open to both professional and amateur photographers.
5. Ownership: Participants must be the owners of the copyright for all submitted photos.
6. Permission: Photographers must obtain permission from any recognizable individuals and property owners depicted in their photos via model and property release forms.
7. Employees and Affiliates: Employees, directors, and officers of pocstock, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings), are not eligible to participate.
8. Language: Entries must be submitted in English, unless otherwise stated.
9. Submission Limits: Each participant can submit a minimum of 10 images and a maximum of 25 photos
10. Content Guidelines: All photos must follow our Content Guidelines and feature a person of color from our target ethnic groups including Black, Asian, Hispanic, Middle Eastern, or Native American as the primary focus
11. Entry Fees: There is no cost to enter this contest.
12. Void where Prohibited: The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
13. Compliance: All participants must comply with the contest rules and decisions made by the selected judges.
14. Royalties - All approved submissions will be made available for purchase on pocstock.com. Standard royalty rates will apply
