Content Subscription Terms

This agreement is between you and POCSTOCK, Inc. (“POCSTOCK”) explains the terms of purchasing and downloading photos, illustrations, graphics, vectors, art, audio and video clips (individually and collectively, ("Standard Content") through a POCSTOCK Subscription plan. 

As part of your subscription, you may download the quantity of Standard Content reflected in the plan you have purchased.  Standard Content comes with a Standard Royalty-Free (RF) License.

If you exceed the number of downloads allotted to your subscription plan, there will be a charge for any additional downloads at the then-current rate for such downloads using the payment information you provided to us at the time you purchased your subscription plan. The price for these additional downloads may be different than the price for downloads within the allotted amount in your subscription plan.

Subscription service begins as soon as your initial payment is successfully processed. Your subscription will automatically renew on your renewal date until you cancel. You authorize us to securely store your payment method(s) and automatically charge your payment method(s) every month of your annual contract until you cancel. We will automatically charge you the then-current rate for your plan, plus applicable tax (such as VAT or GST if the rate doesn’t include it), every month of your annual contract until you cancel.  Selecting Annual payment schedule will

2.1 Payment Failure: If your primary payment method fails, you authorize us to charge any other payment method in your account.  If you have not provided us a backup payment method(s) and you fail to provide payment, or if all payment methods in your account fail, we may suspend your subscription until all past due payments have been resolved. You can edit your billing and payment information anytime in your POCSTOCK Account.

In certain countries or jurisdictions, POCSTOCK is not currently required by the government to charge tax. However, when the government requires POCSTOCK to charge taxes, we will add the obligated taxes into your monthly payment total.

Your plan will automatically renew the day after the expiration date of your previous plan. You will be given a 30-day notice in-advance of the expiration date to cancel your plan prior to renewal.  To avoid renewal, your plan must be cancelled prior to 12:00 AM on the day of your plan’s expiration date. 

We may change your plan’s rate each annual renewal term, and we will notify you of any rate change with the option to cancel. 

Unused Standard Content from a monthly allowance of your plan accumulates and can roll over for up to 12 consecutive billing cycles, but only if you have renewed the POCSTOCK subscription without letting it lapse and without replacing it with a lesser value subscription.

4.1 Unused Standard Content:

4.1.1 Are subject to a cap of a maximum of twelve times your monthly allowance; 
4.1.2 Automatically expire 12 monthly billing periods after the date when they were first allocated. 
4.1.3 Automatically expire after 90 days, if you cancel your subscription before the first 90 days of the subscription period. 

When your subscription ends, you will forfeit all rights to any Unused Standard Content.

You can cancel your subscription anytime via your POCSTOCK Account. page or by contacting Customer Support.  Your service will continue and you can download available Standard Content through the expiration date of the original plan.

You can change your subscription anytime via your POCSTOCK Account page or by contacting Customer Support.  By changing subscription plans, your previous subscription will be cancelled and a new subscription created. Your service will continue and you can download any unused Standard Content through the expiration date of the previous plan.
